The business problem
Property, ownership, sales, and local demand records often live in different places. A flat list can hide missing records, uncertain matches, and why a location appears interesting. A team needs both an overview and a way to question the evidence.
What we built
Robot Flower Intelligence brings connected property records into a visual atlas. The existing Maricopa County product example pairs map-based exploration with reasons for a signal. It illustrates the agency's approach to turning source records into an interface a business can actually use.
The repeatable method
Begin with a business question and authorized sources. Normalize keys, inspect duplicate and conflicting records, define what a signal means, and present the evidence alongside the result. Establish who resolves uncertain matches and how the source data is refreshed.
Constraints and review
A market signal is not proof of customer intent, permission to contact someone, or a verified identity match. Source rights, freshness, privacy, and appropriate access matter throughout the pipeline. Separate public insight from private identity information and review any proposed outreach independently.
What this demonstrates
This product is an example of data integration and visual decision support, not a claim of a client's measured conversion lift. The same approach can support a smaller business question: which records need attention, what changed, and what evidence should a person check next?
