A starter-skill request records your description, email, delivery permission, optional learning-email choice, bounded campaign attribution, and a protected abuse-prevention fingerprint. It opens a practical guide immediately and stores your description encrypted with the recommendation. Email delivery can remain unavailable while the request is saved for review; the form indicates that state. A two-hour encrypted browser receipt can remember your email for an optional later help request. Earlier three-step briefs and their encrypted drafts remain supported. Do not submit passwords, customer records, or other secrets, and keep private guide links private.
Purpose and providers
We use the information to provide the requested guide, respond, arrange a conversation, and operate the service. The agency integration can send the necessary contact and recommendation details to our GoHighLevel location. Marketing email and SMS require their separate optional choices. A request for a guide is not an automatic sales qualification.
Booking after an inquiry
For two hours after a project inquiry, opening the calendar in the same browser can prefill the name, email and phone you provided. These details are passed to GoHighLevel in its calendar request URL; your project description and skill profile are not included. You can review and edit the details before booking. This does not select contact permissions for you.
Skills and retention
Your initial request is matched locally. Where native skill delivery is available, confirming your email gives restricted access without creating an account. Only when you choose Prepare my free skill do we send your reviewed business name, business description and request to Service Flow Pro. We do not include your email or customer files in that build configuration. Access emails use our transactional mail provider. Hosted recommendations and downloads expire 90 days after the request; keep your own downloaded ZIP. Private build configuration is cleared after that window. Website inquiries carry a default 180-day retention-review date, not a promise of automatic deletion. A pseudonymous redemption record prevents repeated free builds. CRM and accepted-client records have separate operational retention needs.
Your choices
You can browse the skill library without giving an email. Requesting a starter skill requires an email and permission to deliver it; the three learning emails are optional and separate. Use the unsubscribe control in marketing email or reply STOP to texts. To ask about access, correction, deletion, or retention, contact Cloud Elephants through the contact page. We review these requests before changing records.
