Services Description
Cloud Elephants provides fractional CTO services, AI automation solutions, local SEO, social media management, and reputation management services to small and medium-sized businesses. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing clients.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Cloud Elephants and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Cloud Elephants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes that affect your use of the services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately for violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cloud Elephants operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Guidance, not a completed engagement
Recommendations and examples are starting points, not a verified assessment or a promise of savings. You remain responsible for checking the facts, suitability, permissions, and consequences of the work. Do not rely on a generated result without appropriate review.
Separate build and service choices
Nothing installs or runs when you view a guide. Where offered, native starter delivery includes one free personalized Codex-compatible package per verified email, subject to availability. You review the business details and selected skill before preparation. You are responsible for reviewing and installing the downloaded package and checking its output. Hosted access expires 90 days after the request; a ZIP already downloaded remains yours to keep. Other Service Flow Pro build paths have their own current availability, supported tools, pricing and terms. Agency implementation scope, fees, delivery and support are agreed separately.
Contact and learning
A help request may be answered by Cloud Elephants within the stated business-day window. Optional learning and messaging choices do not obligate you to buy anything. Declining marketing or SMS does not prevent an inquiry.
