You review the business details and selected skill before preparation. You are responsible for reviewing and installing the downloaded package and checking its output. Hosted access expires 90 days after the request; a ZIP already downloaded remains yours to keep. Other Service Flow Pro build paths have their own current availability, supported tools, pricing and terms. Agency implementation scope, fees, delivery and support are agreed separately.

A help request may be answered by Cloud Elephants within the stated business-day window. Optional learning and messaging choices do not obligate you to buy anything. Declining marketing or SMS does not prevent an inquiry.
