Separate learning from buying

A person requesting a useful resource is not necessarily asking for a sales call. Record what they requested and deliver it. Create a sales opportunity when they ask for help or book a conversation, and keep learning permission separate from that request.

Give each message one owner

Make a short inventory of acknowledgments, appointment reminders, follow-up, and opt-out handling. If several workflows can send the same message, select one owner and test the transition before retiring the others.

Make follow-up earn attention

Send a relevant exercise, example, or answer to the person's actual question. Keep the sequence bounded. When they reply, book, or ask for help, hand the conversation to a person and stop messages that no longer fit.

Review conversations, not just clicks

A click may represent curiosity or an automated email check. Look for explicit requests, reported results, held meetings, and agreed next steps. A useful sales review ends with a named owner and one action for each real opportunity.
