# Bob Sails: learn by improving real work

> A practical learning direction for small-business owners exploring systems, customers, and AI.

Canonical: https://www.cloudelephants.com/bob-sails

## What the learning is for

Bob Sails connects business fundamentals with small exercises: clarify the customer, define a useful outcome, and improve the work that produces it. Learning should leave you with an artifact or decision you can use.

## What you can use now

The full course player is not offered through this site today. The skill finder provides an immediate exercise, example, and review checklist. Optional skill-learning emails follow a Try, Adapt, Review sequence when email delivery is available.

## You can ask for help directly

Course completion is not a requirement for agency work. Bring a question or a task you want to improve to a 20-minute introduction. We can help decide whether self-service, a focused implementation, or a different approach is appropriate.
